Dr. Ayala Gorodzinsky is a family psychologist in Nova Scotia, who wanted to develop a digestible book for guardians to read about strategies and instances in family development. As most books in this field are large volumes and hard to flip through “when you need information now”, Surviving Parenthood is designed to mimic a children’s story book in appearance and size, to be more approachable for families with its information and illustrations. 

In partnering with Dr. Gorodzinsky, I created the wrap-around cover as well as multiple spot illustrations within the book.
